Delete Your PhoneWalls Account
This page explains how PhoneWalls users can delete their account and associated data. PhoneWalls provides an in-app account deletion option for users who sign in with Google.
How to delete your account
You can delete your PhoneWalls account directly from the app:
- Open the PhoneWalls app.
- Go to Settings.
- Look for Account & Sync.
- Select the Delete Account option.
- Confirm the deletion request.
Data deleted when you delete your account
When you delete your account from the PhoneWalls app, the following account-related data is deleted:
- Your user Firestore document: users/{uid}, including entitlement and profile fields stored in that document.
- Purchase token vault entries linked to your user ID in purchase_tokens, including all entries matching your uid.
- Your Firebase Authentication account associated with your uid.
Data not explicitly deleted by this process
The account deletion process does not explicitly delete:
- Top-level collections that are not tied to your user ID, such as wallpapers and metadata.
- Any data outside Firebase that is not handled by the account deletion function, unless separately integrated.
Purchase and entitlement information
PhoneWalls may keep limited purchase-related records where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, refund handling, or platform compliance purposes.
