01 Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and YTECHB (“YTECHB,” “PhoneWalls,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of the PhoneWalls Android app and related services.

By installing, opening, or using PhoneWalls, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app. If you use PhoneWalls on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for them.

02 The PhoneWalls service

PhoneWalls may provide features including:

Features, content, device compatibility, and availability may vary by country, Android version, device, app version, purchase status, and technical conditions.

03 Accounts and sign-in

Most PhoneWalls browsing and local features can be used without an account. PhoneWalls may offer optional Google sign-in for purchase synchronization, account-linked favorites, streak progress, and other cross-device features.

• You are responsible for activity carried out through your signed-in account.
• Provide accurate information and keep access to your Google account secure.
• Do not use another person’s account or attempt to bypass account or entitlement controls.
• You may sign out at any time through the app.

You can request deletion of your PhoneWalls account through the in-app account settings when that control is available. Account deletion does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription and does not remove files already saved in shared storage on your device.

04 Premium, subscriptions, and billing

PhoneWalls may offer one-time Premium products and/or auto-renewing subscription products. The exact product, price, currency, billing period, renewal terms, benefits, eligibility, and any trial or introductory offer are shown in Google Play and in the PhoneWalls purchase screen before you confirm the transaction. Those checkout details control if they differ from a general description in these Terms.

Google Play billing

Purchases are completed through Google Play Billing. Google Play, not PhoneWalls, processes your payment method and provides the purchase transaction. We do not receive your complete payment-card number. We may receive purchase identifiers and verification information so we can grant, restore, reconcile, or revoke Premium access.

Subscriptions and cancellation

A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it through Google Play before renewal. Cancelling normally stops future renewals and leaves access available until the current paid period ends, unless Google Play or applicable law provides otherwise. Removing the app or deleting your PhoneWalls account does not itself cancel a subscription.

Manage or cancel a PhoneWalls subscription through Google Play subscriptions.

Refunds and entitlement changes

Refunds, chargebacks, purchase reversals, and certain billing disputes are handled under the applicable Google Play refund process and mandatory consumer law. If Google Play reports a refund, expiration, cancellation, or other loss of entitlement, PhoneWalls may remove the associated Premium benefits. Contact us if a valid purchase does not appear after you use the restore or sync-purchase feature.

05 Content, copyright, and licenses

PhoneWalls content

The PhoneWalls app, design, branding, software, original text, and original visual assets are owned by or licensed to YTECHB and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except as these Terms or applicable law allows, you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, sell, sublicense, redistribute, or commercially exploit the app or its original materials.

Wallpaper content

Wallpapers may come from YTECHB, independent creators, licensors, public sources, or third-party content hosts. A wallpaper’s author, copyright, or license information shown in PhoneWalls is part of the applicable content information. Some content may be licensed for personal use only, while other content may have a different license. You are responsible for following the license and attribution requirements for content you use.

• Do not sell, repackage, redistribute, or upload PhoneWalls wallpaper files as your own collection.
• Do not remove copyright, creator, attribution, or license information.
• Do not use wallpaper content in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
• Downloading a wallpaper does not transfer ownership of the wallpaper to you.

Your images and designs

You retain rights in images, fonts, logos, text, and other material you select or create (“User Content”). You must have the rights, permissions, and consents needed to use User Content in PhoneWalls. You grant PhoneWalls only the limited permission needed to process, display, save, or share User Content at your direction and to provide the feature you use. See the Privacy Policy for how local files and optional account data are handled.

06 Acceptable use

You may not use PhoneWalls to:

• break the law, violate another person’s rights, or distribute infringing, abusive, hateful, deceptive, or unlawful material;
• interfere with, overload, probe, scan, scrape, or compromise the app, servers, APIs, content hosts, or security controls;
• circumvent ads, purchase controls, download restrictions, rate limits, access controls, or entitlement checks;
• use bots, automation, modified clients, malware, or other tools to access or manipulate PhoneWalls without written authorization;
• misrepresent your identity, impersonate another person, or use another user’s account;
• upload, share, or create content that violates privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights; or
• use PhoneWalls to build a competing wallpaper catalog or commercial redistribution service without our permission.

07 Third-party services and links

PhoneWalls relies on third-party services, including Google Play, Google sign-in, Firebase, advertising and mediation providers, notification providers, Android system features, and content hosts. These services may have separate terms, privacy policies, availability, and purchase or refund processes. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s terms, not these Terms.

PhoneWalls may link to websites or content that we do not operate. We are not responsible for the content, security, availability, or policies of third-party sites. Review their terms before using them.

08 Availability and changes to the service

We may add, change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features, content, integrations, or supported devices. We may do this for maintenance, security, legal, technical, business, licensing, or content-rights reasons. We do not guarantee that every wallpaper or feature will remain available indefinitely.

You are responsible for your device, internet connection, compatible Android software, storage, and any carrier or network charges needed to use PhoneWalls.

09 Suspension and termination

You may stop using PhoneWalls at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or restrict features if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk for users or the service, engaged in fraud or abuse, or if continued operation is not legally or technically possible.

Termination does not automatically cancel Google Play subscriptions or create a refund. Provisions that by their nature should continue—such as ownership, acceptable use, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions—will survive termination.

10 Disclaimers

To the fullest extent allowed by law, PhoneWalls is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. We do not promise that the app, content, downloads, servers, or features will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, complete, accurate, or suitable for every device or purpose.

We do not guarantee that a wallpaper will work on every device, that a downloaded file will remain available, or that a third-party content host, advertising network, Google Play service, notification provider, or Android feature will remain available. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.

11 Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, YTECHB and its officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business, arising from or related to PhoneWalls or these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of or relating to PhoneWalls will not exceed the amount you paid to PhoneWalls for the relevant PhoneWalls product or service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be limited under applicable law, including certain consumer-protection rights, fraud, or intentional misconduct.

12 Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when PhoneWalls, its features, providers, or legal requirements change. The revised version will be posted at this URL with a new effective date. If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will provide notice where required. Your continued use of PhoneWalls after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.

If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent needed to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
